I am a Colorado Springs Native, born and raised. I remember when Powers Blvd was built, and the only cars using it were high school kids drag racing. Come to think of it, most people still use (the now very popular BLVD) to race.

Being in real estate over the last fifteen years has been a true blessing. I started my career when the market crashed, and everyone told me I was crazy for getting into the business. Fifteen years later, I can honestly say it's the best career decision I've ever made. Real estate has afforded me to do what I want: spend time with my wife and kids, hunt, golf, and write.
